ONE. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 Name of the organization: “Mongolian Amateur Swimming Federation”, abbreviated as МССХ (hereinafter referred to as “Federation”), in English: Mongolian Amateur Swimming Federation, abbreviated as MASF.

1.2 Date of establishment: January 1, 1991

1.3 Address: 1st floor of Capital House, 48/1 Genghis Avenue-48/1, 1st district of Khan-Uul District, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

1.4 The Association is a non-profit non-governmental organization established on a voluntary basis by water sports enthusiasts, practitioners, and supporters, whose main goal is to develop water sports in Mongolia.

1.5 The Association shall operate in accordance with the Constitution of Mongolia, Civil Code, Law on Non-Governmental Organizations and other laws.

Mongolian Amateur Swimming Federation is the National Member Organization of the World Aquatics, and the logo of the Mongolian National Member Federation of the Federation has been modeled as follows.
