- The mission of the Federation is to intensively develop aquatic sports in Mongolia, increase the participation of Mongolians in this sport, increase the chances of competing in international, continental, world and Olympic Games, train high-level athletes, and promote our country internationally through aquatic sports.
- Activities of water sports enthusiasts, practitioners and supporters will be jointly organized and directed.
- Proposals and initiatives to carry out scientific analysis and research will be encouraged, learning from international experience and new methods of training and coaching suitable for Mongolian people will be implemented.
- The environment and conditions for the training of coaches and athletes will be created.
- Domestic competitions of all levels will be organized, and high-level, world-class athletes will be trained to participate in international, continental, world, and Olympic Games.
In the framework of the goal of popularizing the development of water sports, regular training and educational activities will be organized and promoted through the media.- The foreign policy will be aimed at developing cooperation with World Aquatics (World Aquatics Federation) and Asia Aquatics (Asian Aquatics Federation) and other countries and foreign organizations in the field of developing water sports and strengthening the material base.
- In order to strengthen the independence of the Union, we will cooperate with governmental and non-governmental organizations, enterprises, citizens, foreign donor organizations, and individuals on the basis of contracts.
