“Erdenet-2026” National Junior Swimming Championships

The “Erdenet-2026” National Youth Swimming Championships will be held from April 9 to 11, 2026, at the Hangard Sports Complex Swimming Pool in Erdenet city.

This is the first time the competition is being organized in the Youth age category, and athletes aged 13 to 18 will be eligible to participate.

1. EVENT INFORMATION

• Competition: Mongolia Aquatics  “Junior National Championships 2026” – Swimming

• Dates: April 9–11, 2026

• Venue: Swimming Pool, Erdenet Mining Corporation Sports Complex, Erdenet city

2. GENERAL INFORMATION

2.1. The “Youth National Championships 2026” swimming competition will be conducted in accordance with the Competition Rules of the Mongolian Amateur Swimming Federation (Mongolia Aquatics).

2.2. The competition will include individual and relay events. Each club may enter only one relay team per relay event.

3. AGE CATEGORIES

3.1. Age groups:

• 13–14 years

• 15–16 years

• 17–18 years

3.2. Age will be calculated based on the athlete’s age as of December 31, 2026.

3.3. Athletes are only allowed to compete in their respective age category.

3.4. The organizers reserve the right to verify age through official documents. In case of discrepancies or violations, the athlete may be disqualified and the case will be forwarded to the Ethics Committee for further action.
