Alpha-Orchlon Club finishes 4th in the Asian Schools Competition

The “AOSI 2025” international competition was held in Bangkok, Thailand from February 6 to 10, where 1,195 athletes from 98 clubs across 18 countries competed for glory. In the overall standings, Alpha-Orchlon Club secured 4th place, achieving a historic result.

Additionally, athletes representing Mongolia saw impressive performances:

  • Gan Swimming Club athlete T. Minjin earned a Silver and a Bronze medal.
  • Ch. Munkh-Aldar won 3 Bronze medals.

At the  Tuv bassein and Kings of ocean Club, under the guidance of coach D. Sugarmaa, the following achievements were made:

  • Enkhtaivan Naranzaya earned 1 Silver medal (4×50m backstroke relay) and 1 Bronze (4×50m mixed relay).
  • Zayamandakh Gantulga, at the age of 12, placed 8th in the 50m breaststroke.

The Gobi-Sumber Province’s Goviin Uschid Club, led by coach B. Batmunkh, had a successful showing with:

  • L. Chinguun winning Gold in the 50m breaststroke and Silver in the 100m breaststroke.
  • M. Anar earned a Bronze in the 100m backstroke.
  • T. Nominjin took a Bronze in the 50m breaststroke and Silver in the 100m breaststroke.
  • E. Enkhtugs claimed Gold in the 50m dolphin stroke, Silver in the 100m dolphin stroke, and Bronze in both the 50m breaststroke and 50m backstroke.
  • The Men’s Team won Bronze in the 4×50m backstroke relay and Silver in the 4×50m mixed relay.
  • The Women’s Team secured Gold in both the 4×50m backstroke relay and the 4×50m mixed relay.
  • The Mixed Men and Women Team won Gold in both the 4×50m backstroke relay and 4×50m mixed relay.

Selenge Province’s Silver Fins Club achieved:

  • D. Erdenebayar won a Bronze medal in the 4×50m backstroke relay.
  • A. Khulan earned a Bronze in the 50m breaststroke.

Khilem Club athletes improved their personal records while:

  • Otgoontamir won 2 Silver medals.
  • Anand, who competed from Malaysia, claimed Silver and Bronze medals.

Baganuur District’s Swimming and Bowling Center athletes won:

  • Ariunbold Tsets-Oyu: 2 Golds (50m and 100m breaststroke), 1 Silver (10
  • 0m butterfly), 1 Bronze (50m butterfly).
  • Lkhagvademberel Anand: 1 Bronze (4×50m mixed relay).
  • Batjargal Temuulen: 1 Bronze (4×50m backstroke relay).

Egneg Club’s athlete T. Budbileg earned 1 Silver and 2 Bronze medals.

Speed Swimming Club had 11 athletes participate:

  • T. Sukhbaatar won 2 Golds.
  • D. Maral: 1 Silver.
  • U. Maralgoo: 2 Bronze.
  • M. Eguun: 1 Bronze.
  • T. Namuun: 1 Bronze.
  • B. Tuguldur: 1 Bronze.
  • U. Margad: 1 Bronze.
  • B. Maral: 1 Bronze.
  • M. Tankhiluun: 1 Bronze.

Sukhbaatar Province’s Swimming Training Center athletes achieved 4 Gold medals, and 3 athletes placed 6th in their events, improving their personal records.

Finally, Selam Fish Club athletes made remarkable achievements:

  • B. Sanchirmaa: 2 Golds, 1 Silver, and 1 Bronze.
  • T. Narmandakh: 1 Gold, 2 Bronzes.
  • T. Enkhhasan: 1 Silver, 2 Bronzes.
  • D. Nanjinsuvd: 1 Bronze.
