The 2026 World Aquatics Swimming World Cup Series Concludes

The three stages of the 2026 World Aquatics Swimming World Cup Series have successfully concluded:

  • Stage 1 – Baku, Azerbaijan: October 1–3, 2026
  • Stage 2 – Tashkent, Uzbekistan: October 8–10, 2026
  • Stage 3 – Astana, Kazakhstan: October 15–17, 2026

Held shortly after the Asian Games, the series is one of the major international swimming competitions, attracting many of the world’s top swimmers. Mongolia participated with a team composed primarily of young and emerging athletes.

One of the most distinctive features of this competition is that it gives young swimmers the opportunity to compete alongside world-class athletes, including racing against them in the same heats. This provides invaluable international experience and an opportunity for young athletes to develop their competitive skills.

Another exciting feature of the series is its prize money. Athletes accumulate points based on their performances across all three stages, and the overall winners receive prize money of USD 100,000, making the series particularly attractive compared with many other swimming competitions.
