The 8th Summer Games for Mongolian Children were successfully organized

The swimming competition of the 8th Summer Games for Mongolian Children was successfully held over three days from May 30 to June 1, 2025, at the Tus Pool. A total of 111 athletes from 15 provinces and districts, who qualified through the preliminary rounds, competed in 19 different events, testing their speed and strength.

Team results:

  • 1st place: Khan-Uul District’s swimming team, with a remarkable achievement of 16 gold, 11 silver, and 11 bronze medals.

  • 2nd place: Orkhon Province’s team, winning 3 gold, 2 silver, and 2 bronze medals.

  • 3rd place: Bayangol District’s team, with 4 silver and 2 bronze medals.

In individual and relay events, International Master of Sports (IMS) E. Erkhes won a total of 10 gold medals, reaffirming his success from the 7th Summer Games for Children held in 2023.

Additionally, during the competition, the Mongolian national swimming record was broken 9 times, with 7 of those records set by IMS E. Erkhes in individual events.
