E. Maral has successfully completed the international training

Coach E. Maral of SS Swimming Club has successfully completed the Discover Water – Country Leads Training Course and received her official certification.

From 13–18 November 2025, she successfully participated in the Discover Water – Country Leads’ Training Course (Asia) organized by World Aquatics in Bhubaneswar, India.

Through this training, she has obtained:

The official authorization to implement the Discover Water program in Mongolia

Knowledge and methodology that meet international standards

Modern approaches to children’s water safety and water familiarization

Education on children’s water safety principles

Training in physical literacy

Leadership and implementation strategies for introducing the program nationwide

This course is designed to prepare national-level lead instructors responsible for implementing the Discover Water program in their respective countries.

Key outcomes for Mongolia include:

🔹 Mongolia is now eligible to officially implement the Discover Water program
🔹 Internationally recognized water familiarization system for children aged 6–12 will be introduced
🔹 Helps reduce fear of water, improve water resilience, and build confidence
🔹 More inclusive training opportunities for children with special needs and beginners
