The General Assembly of the Mongolian Amateur Swimming Federation will be held

Pursuant to the decision of the Executive Board at its meeting held on 11 September 2026, the regular General Assembly of the Mongolian Amateur Swimming Federation (MASF), a non-governmental organization, will be held on 10 October 2026.

The General Assembly will discuss and decide on the following matters:

Review of the 2022–2026 Activity Report of the Federation;

Review of the 2022–2026 Financial Report;

Discussion and adoption of the revised MASF Constitution;

Discussion and adoption of the MASF Strategic Plan for 2026–2032;

Elections for the positions of President, Vice President, members of the Executive Board, and members of the Supervisory Board.

The Independent Election Commission of MASF has decided to accept applications and nomination forms from candidates from 29 September 2026 until 18:00 on 5 October 2026.

Individuals interested in running for the positions of President, Vice President, Executive Board member, or Supervisory Board member of MASF are invited to complete the application form below and submit it by email to secretariat@mongoliaaquatics.mn within the specified deadline.
