## COMPETITION REGULATIONS

### 1. COMPETITION INFORMATION

Competition: Khangarid Sports Club Invitational Swimming Championships

Competition dates: September 10–12, 2026

Both sessions are designated as finals in the original schedule.

### 2. GENERAL INFORMATION

2.1. The Khangarid Sports Club Invitational Swimming Championships shall be conducted in accordance with the Mongolian Swimming Competition Rules.

2.2. The competition shall be officiated by referees appointed by Mongolia Aquatics (Mongolian Amateur Swimming Federation).

2.3. The competition shall include individual and relay events. Each club is permitted to enter one relay team in each relay event.

### 3. AGE CATEGORIES

3.1. The competition shall have the following age categories:

* 8–9 years

* 10–11 years

* 12–13 years

* 14–15 years

* 16–17 years

3.2. Age categories shall be determined based on each swimmer’s age as of December 31, 2026.

3.3. Swimmers may compete only in their respective age categories.

3.4. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to request official identification documents to verify swimmers’ ages. In case of any violation or discrepancy, the swimmer may be disqualified from the competition, and the matter may be referred to the Ethics Committee for further action.

### 4. COMPETITION REGISTRATION

4.1. Registration for the competition will open at 10:00 on August 21, 2026. All registration documents must be submitted by email to [boldbaatar0828@gmail.com](mailto:boldbaatar0828@gmail.com) no later than 23:59 on September 1.

The participation fee is MNT 50,000 per swimmer. The team coach shall collect the participation fees from all swimmers and transfer the total amount to the following bank account:

Important note: There appears to be a date error in Section 4.1 of the original Mongolian text.
