Mongolian swimmers successfully participated in the “Paris-2024” Olympic Games

In the 33rd Summer Olympic Games “Paris-2024” the Mongolian swimming sports team with athletes B. Enkhhuslen, B. Enkhtamir, coach O. Battulga and Secretary General M. Enkhbaatar participated successfully.  In the women’s 200m breaststroke held on July 28, B. Enkhhuslen set a new Mongolian record of 1:59.94 and ranked 18th. With this success, Mongolia’s record was set.

On July 30, B. Enhtamir set a new Mongolian record in the 100m breaststroke with a time of 50.81 seconds.

The success of our athletes was undoubtedly a big step to take the sport of swimming to a new level. In addition to participating in the Olympic Games, within the framework of the Go MonGolia program, I visited Mongolia House, which recently started its operation in Paris, and presented to the citizens of Paris wearing the Olympic Games opening clothes. The clothing worn by the Mongolian team at the opening ceremony is definitely popular among the French and other national team athletes, and it was noticeable that people have received very good information about the clothing of the Mongolian team.

The “Los Angeles-2028” Olympic Games, which will be held in 4 years, is waiting for us as a new challenge. I wish all athletes, coaches, judges, and swimmers great success in sports.
